"I see," Nass pondered. "Do you realize this is the first time I've seen this form of architecture for my own eyes, and not out of some textbook?"

"You must be very lucky to be surrounded by such culture," Nass smiled, as he walked alongside Katar. "From what I've seen of this planet so far, it makes the Statue of Terra seem like a corner shop."

"From what you tell me, teh Statue of Terra has a sad, but lovely story with it. Not to much of our artwork has such stories. SOme does, but some don't" Katar said as tehy walked. "Actually that story reminded me of the story behind the Cave of the Wailing Spirit on ALdebaran. ANother sad story."

"It is a sad story about an Aldebaran female who was betrayed by the male she loved and her soul became entombed in a cave. Master Oni Lance told it to me and said he actually met teh spirit once." Katar said while walking.

"Oh, right," Nass bowed his head down in respect. "I wonder if Master Lance has heard the tale of Centurion Blackadrius and the Sirens of the Asteroids?"

"Yes, I didn't tell you before as it isn't a Genusian legend," Nass answered.
"It was during the period of the Astroman Empire, and Centurion Blackadrius was taking a craft full of troops to Gaul 2 on behalf of his Emperor. The Asteroid Belt that he had to bypass was a haven for fields of sonic radiation, dubbed the Sirens. These radiation pockets often deafened the crews of ships and caused them to crash,"
"By strengthening his ship and ordering everyone to clog their ears with whatever was handy, they were able to get through safely."

"INteresting." Katar remarked and stopped in front of a door.
She opened it for Nass and let him step through. IT was a large room. There was a four poster bed on one side. It had veils with forest scenes weaved into them hanging along the top. THere was a rich green blanket and pillows on it. Off to the right was a large desk with a computer on it as wellas a potted flower. Off to teh other side was a large roman style bath, with shrubs and plants in pots around it. Across teh floor was woven rugs. ALong the wall were varying landscapes and animals.
"Your room, milord." Katar said with a smile and exaggereated bow.

Nass looked around his own room and then examined the potplant before him.
Sniffing it gently, he then turned to see the view outside the windows, and found them to be overlooking some wonderful gardens, mapped out carefully into some celtic swirls.
