Thought you guys might like this. There is an indie game in development called Overgrowth. Its a sequel to an older game called Lugaru where you are basically a ninja rabbit wrecking machine named Turner. Be warned the content I included below is somewhat bloody and violent. The world is populated by other species such as wolves, cats, rats, dogs, etc any fan of Bucky O'Hare should feel right at home. Heres an awesome web comic giving some backstory: www.wolfire.com/comic#1Heres a vid showing gameplay: www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVx39i4DzKA&feature=results_video&playnext=1&list=PL97AA9CAA8124BDA6also: Since its an indie game its only being developed by a small but highly talented team of 4-5 people. The unfinished alpha version is available to buy and you can basically build your own worlds and play with the games engine as you please. New builds are released weekly. Here is the site for anyone interested: www.wolfire.com/overgrowth

basically a fighting game using hand to hand combat. I was hoping for a quest driven game that was similar to eternal earth.... that game had great quest but the graphics were down right hanna barbara cartoonish.
I'm not into fighting/pvp games sorry. I'm a quest/adventure/exploring gamer. To me having a massive stage for what is essentially a Street Fighter 2 game is overkill.

It is an unfinished adventure game. Theyre only showing off what they DO have finished so far. Its being made by a small team (4-5 people) so they release new builds weekly until its finished.

The game is probably still early to tell what it looks like. I prefer reading the comic atm. The messy lines can be confusing, but seems interesting so far.
