First off, I'm new here and found buckyohare.org through google. It's really an awesome site.
Anyway, I used to have a few bucky figures as a kid, but could never find Dogstar, the Toadtrooper, or Dead Eye. I'm looking to get a complete collection. Looking for loose, but like new with accessories. Once I get these maybe I'll go for the ones in the package. Please let me know if anyone has any they would like to sell! Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!
Your best bet is ebay -- the action figures pop up there pretty often.

Yea, I keep checking there. I didn't bid high enough and missed out on a group of them last night unfortunately.

Cool! Another new member! ;D
Anyways, try ebay like Rygar said or I was just recently poking around Amazon looking for a Region 1 DVD (which I found and got!) and I saw a lot of O'Hare action figures and the classic nes game on there too. Might check that out as well.

The NES game is the only thing I have anymore, I'm in the middle of it right now. Such a great game.

SIts right up there in the classic NES side scrollers, like Contro and DOuble Dragon.

I did some poking around and found an interesting rumor. There was a rumor they made a second run of the figures under a different company. IT was said they had a Jenny and the terror toad.
That true?

Hey Rainbownome23
I have all the figures that were avaliable and am looking to sell them. All are complete except the Storm Toad Trooper and Dead Eye Duck who is missing one of his guns. Willy Du Witts glasses are missing also. Let me know if you are interested and I can get pictures to you.

There was a second wave of figures that made it deep into development, and it DID include Jenny and the Terror Toad. It also included Kamikaze Kamo, Sly Leezard, Pitstop Pete, Space Suit Bucky, and Rumblebee. There was actually a THIRD wave that had started development, which had the Tri-Bot, Wolf, a new Storm Toad, and Komplex.
These were not under a different company, though. They were just never released because Kenner pulled the plug on the whole toy line. **** shame, too, because the unreleased toys are AWESOME. They each have a special feature.
For example, Komplex was going to have a lenticular screen. Rumblebee could transform from Bot to Gun mode. Terror Toad had "chomping" jaws, as did Pitstop Pete. There were also some vehicles in development, including a Righteous Indignation playset.

I'm new to collecting BOH and in the last couple of weeks I've picked up several collections off ebay. I have 1 complete set of figures including all of their accessories and both of the ships. I also have more loose figures that I plan to use for customizing. I've also picked up all of the US comics and GN's, as well as a mint coloring book. I'm working on getting a complete Pit Stop Pete prototype!!!! Oh... I also ordered the complete series on dvd from the UK!!
Having a blast collecting this toyline. I hope to eventually get as many prototypes as possible.
