Yeah, I do mean individual Storm Toads, who occasionally are given some personality and unique voices.
1. The Security Toads (as the script refers to them) in War of the Warts. They so ridiculously overconfident, especially the leader who bangs on the door and yells "Surrender in the name of the Toad Empire!" and then they just freak the heck out when Bruce kicks the door in on him (which he somehow survives). I also like this little exchange between three of them:
"Imagine a couple a' dumb furballs takin' us on!"
"Wait'll they open up the airlock and see us waitin' for 'em!"
"It'll be like catchin' flies in a bottle!"
2. The guy who says "Crawlin' cockroach!" in On the Blink. I just like the line.
3. Toadborg's Communications Toad and Navigator Toad in The Artificers of Aldebaran. They're probably the only unnamed individual toads we see for any appreciable length of time, and the Comm. Toad actually has an active role in the story and a fully realized personality and, even stranger, he mostly seems to have Toadborg's respect, or at least tolerance, unlike most other toads.
4. The initial invasion team who take out the Academy of Art and Berserkerness in Bye Bye Berserker Baboon. They're not given distinctive personalities as such, but are given unique voices so you can tell which is the leader, and actually pick them out of the toad ranks in other scenes. It's also nice to see Storm Toads being effective for a change.
5. The guy who goes "Bash 'im into microschips!" when the toads have Blinky upside-down in The Search for Bruce. I just love his laugh. Runner up for this episode is the guy who goes "For the last time, tell the baboon to back off!" He's got a lot of nerve holding Jenny hostage like that.
6. And, of course, the Toad Spy in The Komplex Caper. He was hilarious.
