There's a company in Georgia just outside Atlanta that lets you buy cabinet shells and they can take your own custom artwork and add it for you. I added my own computer and bought a joystick that would fit this specific cabinet. They also did the artwork for my joystick. I'd say I spent less than $800 on this whole thing.

I've wanted to build one for a long time. I am torn between the computer idea and buying the $200-400 used jamma board. Is that an X-Arcade controller you have in there or is it from a different company?

That is the X-arcade Tankstick joystick. I opted for the one with the trackball because I figured it's worth it. Rec Room Masters is the company who sent me the cabinet, plus they also did the skin for the cabinet and joystick as well. The computer idea was cheaper by far but it requires a lot of setting up as far as programming the software, emulators, and getting the roms. To me, paying a lot of money on a machine that only plays one game just wasn't worth it to me.
