Not right away it seems. Have to wait for Kid Flash to decide.

I am Kid Flash!!!
Kid Flash is just my yahoo! identity, not the character I play. As far as I can see, you'd best place up a bio, just in case, and then just delete it if Robin tells you.

You changed your name. That was what threw me. O.K. then. I need somebody who knows something about the character Kyle Rayner to help me with the bio. I want to do it in the style of a three-minute pretitle intro. The scene basically consists of Kyle demonstrating artistic talent and inspiration and then being given the ring and lantern by Ganthet. Kyle is 12/13.

Woah! Slow down there! You need to post your bio first before you can play the character.
Sorry, I should've said.

Hmm, well the bio link you've given us could help you, but I recommend you try www.internationalhero.co.uk/nonus.htmThey have a good selection, and you might find the info. you need there.

When you say writing help, do you mean that you need a guideline for the bio or just help in wording it out?

Are there actually going to be people who don't know what a Green Lantern can do? At the moment I need ideas.

We already have a member doing their own equivalent of a Green Lantern, so I think it very unlikely that it'll come to that.
Just go through what you already know, and then improve on that, you don't necessarily need huge chunks of info.
As for the bio layout, there's a txt. document on the site that shows you how the bio needs to be laid out.

Oh. I missed that. Won't bother trying to be creative in future. Edit: You don't just have a Green Lantern style character, you actually have a Green Lantern. Is she still active? Another edit: Can't actually find the bio requirements you refer to. I'll just copy from someone else. Last edit: How is this: Code Name: Green Lantern Real name: Kyle Rayner Race: Human Sex: Male Age: 13 Physical Appearance: Height: 4'8" Weight: 90 lbs Hair: Black, wedge shape Eye colour: Hazel Body type: Prepubescent male, skinny. Personality: Friendly, but immature. Thinks that Beastboy is the last word in comedy. Considers superheroing fun, but lacks discipline. Spends free time drawing. Powers: Kyle can use his power ring to create a glowing green projection of anything he can imagine, and move the object anywhere within his field of vision. This ability can be used to allow him to fly. The power of the ring also allows the wearer to breath in any environment, travel faster than light though space and understand any spoken language. Unlike rings linked to the Central Power Battery Kyle’s ring has no weakness to yellow. It also has no 24-hour limit. Drawbacks: Kyle is extremely young and inexperienced. Though his overactive imagination allows him to create almost anything, he lacks the discipline or willpower to hold the object in place for any length of time, or sustain it against strong resistance. Furthermore, the ring can only hold a limited amount of power before needing to be returned to his lantern for charging. Costume: A true artist, Kyle frequently changes the design of his costume. At the moment it consists of a green eye mask, green gloves and, black boots. The classical superhero body stocking is black and green, the green patch covering his chest. There is a black lantern symbol in the middle of the green patch. Something like this: www.silverbulletcomicbooks.com/features/images/raab/lantern175_sm.jpgWeapons/Items: An emerald power ring and matching lantern created by Ganthet. He usually leaves the lantern at base. Fighting Style: Medium ranged, airborne. He usually creates cartoon objects (lorries with ‘Acme’ written on the side, 1000 ton weights, etc) and smashes them into his opponent with more enthusiasm than accuracy. Affiliation: Good. History: Having overseen many generations of Green Lantern the Guardian named Ganthet had come to believe that they were using the wrong criteria for deciding who should be given the ring. Rather than evaluating candidates based on the strength of their will they should be instead be judged on the intensity of their imagination. Adversity will cause weak willed warriors to develop inner strength, but it will not make them more creative. Only a person with imagination can envisage a better universe and not merely react to evil. With this philosophy in mind Ganthet created a new lantern and power ring, not connected to the Central Power Battery. Seeing earth as an ideal testing ground due to the large number of superheroes, he travelled there and gave the artefacts to a young artist, Kyle Rayner.

I haven't heard from our Green Lantern in a while, but as this is a different Green Lantern for Kyle, it'd be interesting to see what happens.
The bio is fine, just copy all of that info. into a txt. document and then post it onto the FILES page.
Until Robin comes back, I'm allowing you to play this character. But when Robin does return, it all depends on what he thinks.

Great, now all you need do is to introduce you character in the RPG whenever you're ready. As you know, RPG is an improvised performance, so there's no fixed time when you need to come in, so just do so whenever you're ready.
