Update Bio #1 - Now with pictures! Name: Renfield Billings (James Pond) Gender: Male Species: Toad-Hare Genetic Mutation Age: 24 Affiliation: UAC Security Council, Toad Empire Position/Occupation: Political Officer, UAC Security Council General Despriction: A seemingly mild-mannered hare with moss-green fur and grey eyes. Normally seen wearing a brown business suit and green tie, a lamenated ID badge clipped to his lapel. Biography: The hare known as Renfield Billings is the result one of the Toad Empire's most ambitious schemes yet: an experiment in cosmetic surgery coupled with advanced gene therapy. The real Renfield Billings died years ago, a treacherous toad spy who was executed by Toadborg for threatening to quit unless the toads increased his bribe money. Billings' demise remained unknown to the Aniverse at large, save the toads. Prof. Wartmon then took popular toad actor James Pond, star of such Toad TV favorites as The Young and the Wartless, selecting him as the ideal candidate for the experiment. For three weeks Pond went through the painless (but nonetheless unsettling) process of being, physically, turned into a mammal. Prof. Wartmon chose a hare as his model, and, when the procedure was finally over, Billings resembled a real hare in every aspect except for his eyes. Wartmon gave Pond a set of contact lenses designed to mimic those of the late Renfield Billings. Thusly, for all intents and purposes, James Pond had become Renfield Billings, and was to live as him indefinitely on Genus, spying for the Empire. He was put amongst a group of slaves working on a new climate converter, and Toadborg purposefully allowed the plans for the converter to be leaked to the UAC, knowing that they would send someone to stop it and liberate the slaves. Since then, 'Renfield' has been living, sleeping, and, when necessary, eating as a hare. But spending so much time among the mammals has begun to affect the young actor's mind: Renfield/Pond is beginning to question where his loyalties ought to lie, and secretly fears that the procedure he underwent is irreversible. He is on the verge of a nervous breakdown, and totally uncertain of just who he is anymore, much less he should really be working for, especially after his recent misguided attempt at romancing fellow spy Emily Stirling. Voice in Mind: Mark L. Taylor

Update Bio #2! Name: Bartholomew Cryer (Alderon Kahill) Gender: Male Species: Hare Age: 32 Affiliation: UAC (Warren membership), Toad Empire Position/Occupation: Engineer aboard Warren Space Station, Toad Spy Physical Despriction: A wiry hare, somewhat thinner than most, with caramel-colored fur and intense purple eyes. Biography: Bartholomew Cryer is a confused and complicated pawn in the Toad Wars, a semi-unwilling traitor to both his own race as well as the UAC. As a child, he was always very sick, and nearly died as a result of his illnesses. The effect of his constant sickness was twofold: It left Cryer a skinny weakling physically, and made him fear death above all else. Cryer will do almost anything to save his own skin. Another side-effect of his childhood illnesses is that he has become a mild neurotic, and is also a germophobe. If possible, he prefers to not touch things with his bare hands, often using a handy tissue or handkerchief (usually the latter) to open doors, and avoiding contact with toads and/or other mammals at any cost if he can help it. Cryer was captured by the toads during the first invasion of Warren, and spent several years slaving in the toadium mines on the rocky, barren Burgos III. Briefly, he was a member of a resistence group among the slaves, until he was caught. Glutgrave, the sadistic toad officer in charge of the slave camp, gave Cryer the chance to save himself by betraying his peers. Cryer, physically ill with terror, took the coward's way out and singlehandedly helped Glutgrave put an end to the resistence in his camp. Since then, Cryer has been a spy and an informant for the toads along with his partner, Edmund Rusk. And although he has learned how to hide his true emotions fairly well over the years, Cryer is sick at heart with guilt for his betrayal, and yet relieved to be on what he considers the "winning side" of the Toad Wars. He and Rusk both worked as engineers aboard the Warren Space Station, and took it over and allowed it to be captured (and ultimately destroyed) by the toad fleet under the command of Wing Commander Sludge, which resulted in the death of the wife of Cryer's commanding officer, Ivon Marsupial. Currently, Cryer and Rusk are on Genus using the assumed names of Alderon Kahill (with Cryer quick to stress that this is no relation to the admiral of the same name) and Joshua Temple, with orders from Sludge to eliminate Chairman Warner the first chance they get. Voice in Mind: Ed Begley, Jr.

Updated Bios 3, 4, and 5. Name: Prof. Silas Wartmon Gender: Male Species: Toad Age: 45 Affiliation: Toad Empire Position/Occupation: Head of Research - Bio-Science Division Physical Despriction: Thin, pale green toad with frizzy, thinning grey hair. His eyes bulge out far larger than most toads, and his eyes are seemingly perpetually crossed, although they will rotate in an unsettling matter in their sockets like a chameleon's. Wears a white lab coat and black tie. Biography: When the Toad Wars finally end and the UAC emerges victorious, then Silas Wartmon is among the members of the inner sanctum of the Toad Empire who will likely be tried and executed for war crimes. Little is known about Wartmon beyond the obvous fact that he is the head of the Empire's Bio-Science Division, headquarted deep beneath the slimebomb factory on Toxus I. A demented psychopath, among Wartmon's many atrocities he has performed cruel experiments on mammal captives and, in some cases, even other toads. He and his faithful assistant Dr. Croaker are the ones responsible for turning toad actor Renfield Billings (alias James Pond) into an exact duplicate of a deceased UAC politician in order to create the perfect spy, and at some point in the past Wartmon also tried to chemically create better Stormtoads by giving normal ones muscle-enhancing drugs, with disastrous results. Extremely unstable and tempermental, Wartmon is notorious for launching into loud, rambling rants at the drop of a hat, and routinely tries the patience of both his superiors and his subordinates. But, seeing as how Wartmon always gets results, the higher-ranking toads tolerate his unpredictable personality. All save Wing Commander Sludge, with whom Wartmon is constantly at odds. Voice in Mind: Rodger Bumpass Name: Edmund Rusk (Joshua Temple) Gender: Male Species: Groundhog Age: 30 Affiliation: UAC (Warren membership), Toad Empire Position/Occupation: Engineer aboard Warren Space Station, Toad Spy Physical Despriction: Short and fat. That's really about all there is to this guy. Biography: Like his partner Bartholomew Cryer, Edmund Rusk was an engineer aboard Space Station Warren, one of the few non-hares serving there in that capacity. Rusk also happened to be a spy for the toads, and although it is not known precisely how and when he made his choice, it is known that the groundhog did it purely for money. He was unhappy with his S.P.A.C.E. paycheck and harboring an intense dislike of their commanding officer aboard the station, Ivon Marsupial. He hated Marsupial so much, in fact, that he personally abducted his wife Emma on Sludge's orders, and would've tortured and killed her if Sludge had instructed him to, had he not been beaten to it by the Stormtoads. If there is such a thing as an irredeemable sleazeball, Rusk certainly fits the bill. There's no limit to how far he will go to please Sludge and the rest of his toad masters. Currently he is on Genus with Cryer, under orders from the toads to kill Fritz Warner, using the assumed named of Joshua Temple. Voice in Mind: Kenneth Mars Name: Dawson McKenzie Gender: Male Species: Hare Age: 41 Affiliation: N/A Position/Occupation: Salesman Physical Description: Middle-aged, slightly potbellied hare with brownish-tan fur and short brown hair. Has a wild-eyed, panicky look to him. Wears slacks, a dress shirt, and tie. Biography: An average citizen of Warren, Dawson McKenzie is a married family man who was going about his business as a life-insurance salesman when the Toad Empire decided to invade the planet for a second time. Despite being an all-around decent fellow, McKenzie does not handle well under pressure and is prone to acts of craven cowardice, such as running away and leaving his wife Patricia behind when the toads came. After arming himself with a maser pistol taken from a dead Stormtoad he came across, McKenzie sought refuge in a hospital where he was found by Wild and Randal. He accompanied them back to their small group of refugees, and despite the disappearance of Wild, Randal being severely injured by a toad sniper, and an attack by a Terror Toad, McKenzie has made it safely to his fellow hares and has managed to keep it together for the most part, but refuses to relinquish the toad maser pistol he carries. Although worried to death about his wife, McKenzie wants to escape from Warren before it's too late. Voice in Mind: Geoffrey Pounsette

Roger Bumpass? The same person who has done SPONGEBOB'S Squidward and TEEN TITANS' Dr. Light?

Yeah. Rodger, not Roger, I should stress. He did some voices on TaleSpin, namely Dr. Axelotte on whom Wartmon is based, which is where I heard him considering I've never watched either Teen Titans or Spongebob.

I see... Character 28 NAME: Lil E. Padd (Lillian Edna Padd)
AGE: 23
SPECIES: Toad
GENDER: Female
HOMEPLANET: The Toad Homeworld (Duh)
DESCRIPTION: A slim Toad with absurdly large lips with magenta lipstick and brown eyes. She wears a standard Stormtoad uniform, but nothing else interesting about her is worth mentioning.
OCCUPATION: Major - Toad Intelligence Corps
BIO: Major Padd is better known within the Empire as "Major Catastrophe", as well as perhaps being the only female toad officer. Starting off as a mere stewardess to the officers, she was soon recognised after she veered a Toad Cruiser off a collision-course with a neutron star after the rest of the crew deserted the ship, leaving her to die. She was allowed to attain the rank of Master Sergeant for a while before her assistance in the consruction of the Toxus One base led her to the officer ranks.
CHARACTER: Although fiesty, Major Padd takes her job seriously. If there's one thing Lillian hates, it's people saying how attractive she looks.
VOICE IN MIND: Sassy, scheming and perhaps a pinch of flirty.

Updated Bios 6, 7, and 8! Name: Dr. Croaker Gender: Male Species: Toad Age: Mid-30s Affiliation: Toad Empire Position/Occupation: Assistant to Prof. Wartmon Physical Description: Short, plump toad with no distinguishable physical features. Wears a white lab coat and polka-dotted bowtie. Biography: There isn't a whole lot to say about Prof. Wartmon's faithful assistant, Dr. Croaker. Despite occasionally journeying off Toxus I to do undercover missions on Genus, Croaker mostly stays in and around Wartmon's laboratory, assisting the mad scientist in his various unwholesome experiments. Although sometimes quite verbose, Croaker is normally silent when in Wartmon's presence, saying little to nothing and merely nodding or shrugging in response to anything the Professor says. Voice in Mind: Jim Cummings Name: "Smasher" Gender: Male Species: Toad Age: Affiliation: Toad Empire Position/Occupation: Bodyguard Physical Description: Gigantic, muscular toad standing nearly shoulder-to-shoulder with a Berserker Baboon, with a large jaw and short red hair. Wears a black, purple, and green upper body harness with the Imperial Skull-and-Crossbones icon emblazoned on the buckle, and a large studded green collar with twin 'K' insignia on it and black spandex shorts. Biography: Like his nearly identical-looking counterpart Grapple, Smasher serves as a bodyguard and all-purpose lackey to Prof. Wartmon and Dr. Croaker on Toxus I. Once an ordinary Stormtoad Corporal, neither better or worse than any other Stormtoad, Smasher was selected for one of Wartmon's experiments involving muscle-enhancing drugs. Wartmon's goal was to enhance the Toad Army in this fashion, but the muscle enhancer had a degenerative effect on the brain that rendered Smasher and fellow test subject Grapple physically stronger than any toad (except for Toadborg), but with the intellectual level of a child. His speech and behavior reflects this. Voice in Mind: Frank Welker Name: "Grapple" Gender: Male Species: Toad Age: Affiliation: Toad Empire Position/Occupation: Bodyguard Physical Description: Gigantic, muscular toad standing nearly shoulder-to-shoulder with a Berserker Baboon, with spiked-up brown hair and a pencil-thin mustache. Wears a black, purple, and green upper body harness with the Imperial Skull-and-Crossbones icon emblazoned on the buckle, and a large studded green collar with twin 'K' insignia on it and black spandex shorts. Biography: Like his nearly identical-looking counterpart Smasher, Grapple serves as a bodyguard and all-purpose lackey to Prof. Wartmon and Dr. Croaker on Toxus I. UPDATE: As well as this character, I've also put up notices to say which characters have either returned to Earth or have died recently.
Character 18 NAME: Wallace Adder
AGE: 27
HOMEPLANET: Toad Homeworld
SPECIES: Toad
OCCUPATION: Pilot Officer for the Toad Empire
DESCRIPTION: A middleweight Toad in a sky blue officer's uniform with a cap to match.
BIOGRAPHY: Pilot Officer Adder was drafted into the Toad air force when Toad Air Marshal was still a Group Captain, and has worked his way to the officer ranks following being awarded the Golden Lilypad Ribbon (GLR) during the invasion of Warren.
CHARACTER: The lowest ranking commisioned officer in the Toad air force, Pilot Officer Adder now commands the Defence Armada over Toxus One, reporting straight back to Wing Commander Sludge.
NEW INFORMATION: Adder was the Toad who captured A. Dalek when on patrol of Toxus Two, and was partially involved in an attempted coup d'etat of the Empire by Wing Commander Sludge. Adder has recently been promoted to Flight Lieutenant by the Air Marshal and is currently serving under Kaptain Staan.

Character 29 NAME: Brian Macey
AGE: 29/30
APPEARANCE: A blonde hare in a blue jumpsuit and a pink sache. He has watery blue eyes and a high, squeaky voice.
OCCUPATION: Pilot of Blunderbird 3
BIO: Brian was one of the many sons of Geoff Macey, a retired Captain in the .S.P.A.C.E.
Before the start of the Toad Wars, the Macey family (Who lived in luxury in a secluded villa on the moon of Planet Bogg, a sister planet to Beetlegusia) began an organization called Aniversial Rescue. However, as hard as they tried, the secret group only eased off the chances of death and were so apalling as a rescue team they were dubbed "The Blunderbirds".
After a series of lawsuits filed by the survivors of the accidents, the Macey family axed Aniversial Rescue and went into hiding after losing all their money. Geoff committed suicide soon after, and the brothers scattered.
Brian, however, still believed that the Toad Wars was a new calling, and so returned to the derelict villa and reclaimed his spacecraft, Blunderbird 3, which by now was rusty and covered in cobwebs. Since then, Brian has tried to fight his own battles against the Toads.
CHARACTER: Optimistic and adventurous, Brian has trouble confronting his past, and tries not to show it by performing many good deeds as possible, but is tethered by the poor timeline established by the family.
VOICE IN MIND: Alan Tracy (The puppet one, not the movie one!)

UPDATE
Character 2 NAME: Ian Sludge
AGE: Roughly 25
SPECIES: Toad
OCCUPATION: Wing Commander
BIOGRAPHY: Wing Commander Sludge is the only other toad besides Toad Air Marshal to hold an "air" rank. Having been awarded the Toad Flying Cross (TFC) early in his career, this sly antagonist is the kind of person who would shoot his own mother to keep his finger-trigger subtle.
VOICE IN MIND: A very sleek and oily voice
NEW INFORMATION: Having being stripped of pride and the hope of becoming a Group Captain after an incident with the Toad Air Marshal, Sludge began to plot revenge. After tampering with equipment at his Slave Factory as well has the figures for his facility should a decision ever be made to shut down, Sludge employed the assistance of Pilot Officer Adder, who apparently was going against Sludge the whole time.
Sludges' poor planning led to the accidental killing of another high-ranking Toad airman, Air Commodore Griffin, and has recently lost his position as Factory CEO to Kaptain Staan.
This character is hereby deceased and no longer appears on the RPG Board

New character 4 (or 3, can't remember)
Bruin is a rough around the edges bear with a heart of pure gold, and the owner of the grill, "Red Loin". Former ground trooper, a couple of old wounds took him outta service, but hes still good with a maser rifle. While his brown fur is turning a little grey, hes far from a frail fella. Muscular, intimidating to those who frelling don't take a hint, which melts when around those he knows best and little ones.
The Red Loin features a stylized silhotted Nharin-type head in red above the enterence. They serve mostly steaks and burgers, but if you ask real nicely, Bruin will get a salad ready or anything else.
Voice in Mind: Ron Pearlman (a.k.a Hellboy) when he does the voice for Killer Croc in The Batman.
