So it seems alot of peoiple on here have some interesting Bucky items. I sadly, only have a vhs tape left from when I was a kid. But Im working on changing that lol . I used to have the Bucky figure but my dog chewed his hands off.. I was so mad! I used to think he was even on a level above ninja turtles. I loved renting his nes game and thought I would crap my pants when I played the arcade game.

This is actually only about half of my collection. I also have all of the action figures (carded and loose) as well as the vehicles. The coolest thing is a box of artwork from the toy line. I havent found a good way to display that yet. But! In this picture, I've got the Handbook, the Graphic Novel (hardback and manga), the colorforms, valentines, all the tapes (minues "bye bye," which I lost), the Pitstop Pete mug, some booties, two costume pieces, a doll, and some cels.

Hey! Here's an update with a more complete representation of my collection, as well as non-cell phone pictures! So here's (almost) the entire collection! Not pictured are the packaged Toad Double Bubble and my "Bucky O'Hare" poster. I think there are a few things I got at Comic Con that arent pictured. The biggest missing element of my collection is all of the toy line production art. I've got tons of that! I'm working on a way to actually display it. I still owe Rygar a bunch of scans so you all can enjoy them too! Here are all of my packaged figures. Some of them are in sorry shape, so I've gotta get me some more well preserved figures... Also, an original "Toad Air Marshal," not the neon gunned one... Here's a good shot of the crappy Bucky Halloween costume. Next to it is a prototype for a Storm Toad mask. Thanks eBay! If you will note, that is in fact a Pitstop Pete coffee mug! Here are (almost) all of my Bucky animation cels. Thanks to Rygar for hooking me up with that Bucky cel. He also hooked me up with a Jenny cel. I just havent figured out how to display it. There you see an opened issue of "Tomart's Action Figure Digest," Featuring an article called "the Greatest Figures Never Made." This is where I first learned that there was another line of Bucky toys that I would never have. Well, so I thought. I'm chipping away at that impossible dream! Another thanks to Rygar for hooking me up with that "Bucky O'Hare Handbook." One of my favorite pieces in the collection! Here are my loose figures. For some reason my Storm Toad is missing... I'll update this when I figure out a way to display all the other cool stuff I have! Enjoy! -JJ PS: Rygar, if there's anything you want some really nice shots of for the archive, lemme know!

Nice collection BYW! Also, kudos on the Egon figure. I've got Ray but I missed out on Egon.

Dumb question but what is that black hardcover book with a white Bucky on the cover?

I assume by its smaller size and fairly newer version of Bucky, its the manga version of the graphic novel?

Its the manga book, but it's got a black slip cover on it. I think it came with a Michael Golden sketch. I dont have the sketch though, I got the book on eBay.

A manga version of an already-existing story? I'd hoped it'd be something different, story-wise.

It's a reprint of the 6 issue comic (extended from the hardback graphic novel). It also has a few issues from the UK comic series.
As I read it, I really think it's a bit unprofessional. They obviously stretched out the original storyline that ran in "Echoes of Futurepast" by re-using art and really shoddily stitching/re-arranging panels. If you want the story, read the hardback graphic novel. It's great!
But yeah, wouldn't it be great if, to help spark interest in "Bucky," they started a new comic series?
Think about it:
1. Neal Adams is a freekin legendary comic artist. He could do the art if budget is an issue.
2. The internet allows you to sidestep the whole publisher thing. If it's successful online then consider publishing it and sending the issues out to stores.
3. Neal Adams has a member section. I would totally buy a subscription, or maybe some kind of "season pass" if there was new "Bucky O'Hare" content inside, wouldnt you guys?
