I'm sure many of you may know my cat Zelda died on January 20 last year from a heart attack related to the cat flu she had as a kitty... and sadly at the age of 6. Well I am sad to say I think it has also had a very big effect on Zelda's surviving twin sister Jenny (whom we did indeed name after our favorite Aldeberan!). Since Zelda's departure, Jenny has gotten so thin you can even see her spine and she has a 'bald spot' on her tail! We have offered her much food and drink and indeed given her the first choice over food before Zelda's ADORABLE successor Crystal can get to it all, but she still refuses it and I think it's because she misses her sister Zelda. We have considered taking Jenny to the vet's, but my Mom lacks the courage to take her but has decided we will take Jenny if her condition worsens, but yes we are particularly worried about if nothing can be done for Jenny except... give her oneness with the Aniverse (is this the correct BOH term for allowing someone to die?).
So yes, I am asking for all of you to pray for Jenny and hope she recovers. But of course if she attains oneness with the Aniverse then fear not, as she will be succeeded! My family has also decided to name her successor 'Willow', after a cat I knew from when I had a part-time job at the Cats Protection League and whom I used to nickname '***** Willow'. Awww...

You really should take her to the vet. The earlier she is seen the more likely she can be treated.

I agree, the earlier, the more chance of Jenny living. Don't do what I did and lose 17 pets because they weren't taken to the vet

Thanx y'all. Jenny's doing fine and she's still with us, still sleeping alot and still eating a LITTLE, but like with when we had Smokey and Bess (who died in 1993) and in 1992 we got Ringo, we've actually decided we might get another 'planned' successor (meaning we will be getting another cat because we worry for one cat's condition) this Summer! We aren't just now considering 'Willow' (yes it all depends what the cat looks like!) though, we're considering other names as well but yes we definitely want another little girl because many of our male cats went AWOL. I'm quite fond of 'Isabella' (after Isabella 'Ivy' Valentine of Soul Calibur fame), and since Crystal was named after the precious gem of the same name my brother wants to name our next cat after another precious gem, such as 'Ruby', 'Diamond, 'Sapphire' or 'Jade' (though I'm sure if he chose 'Jade' it would NOT be on account of Jade's Animality -to turn herself into a cat- in the Mortal Kombat games!). And while this cat will be a planned successor, sadly Crystal, Jenny, Zelda, Simba and Vinnie (whom before you ask I did name after the Martian Biker Mouse of the same name, mainly because he had a marking on his face not unlike the metal plate worn by his namesake!) were all 'emergency' successors, meaning they were bought when a cat died, went AWOL or was of course put to sleep. 'Planned' successors are rare, mind you we had several 'emergency' successors because we ended up with male cats each time but it was the males who kept going AWOL! And yes we're getting a Persian because my family was really taken with Blinky, a Cream Colorpoint Persian whom I got because Persians were the only kittens available when I moved into my own place (we choose to get kittens because kittens can get more used to a new place than cats can), and this is of course how I thus ended up with his Blue Colorpoint playmate Raul and why my parents chose Raul's direct younger sister Crystal as successor to Jenny's late twin sister Zelda. If any of the British viewers want a Persian cat, I'll certainly give you the address for where we got Blinky, Raul and Crystal!
But of course if our purchasing of the cat clashes with even at least the news of a very important event which certainly gives me a positive cause to play the Bucky O'Hare games (and which has even happened multiple times last year and so I hope for the same again this year!) - I'm sure some of you might already know the important event in question, I am of course considering names such as 'Julia', 'Kylie' or 'Camilla' ('Cammy' for short) indeed to add to the good mood!
