yeh in away i kindda relate to it. No Offence why Dove?!? XD Well it fits the conventions of a romantic, balladish song. What else would you have? Raven? Buzzard? Pigeon? Nice song Dahaka the lyrics, to me, are reminiscent of Lynyrd Skynyrd - Freebird... which I think is a good thing.

NO!, just something that came out while playing the song itself, and ots not a love story LOL.

As for the dove, well first reason was it fitied well to the style of the song. Second was it was the only name of a bird that was close to ryhming with "up"

The thing that i find really weird is its a dove but you talk about pain. A Dove Simbolizes Freedom not pain.

And one more thing Dove's symbol is freedom, universally, but Dove can have a contextual symbol. For example Heart is a universal symbol for love but in this poem/story/song/etc it contextually symbolizes Death. You get me? Now in my song Dove means both freedom, friendship and resolution, or something like those
