Anyone here fans of Slipknot or Mushroomhead? I've been a fan of slipknot for a few months now and I've just started listening to Mushroomhead recently.

Never heard of Mushroomhead, but i do listen to a little Slipknot. As a matter of fact their song Wait and Bleed is one i use to come up with new ideas for my scripts.

It helps with fight scenes. I use heavy metal and thrasher rock when writing fights and soft rock when writing calmer parts.
Example: SOng like Boom and Alive from P.O.D. helped with the fights between Kinjite and ANglosax.
SOngs like Bryan adams Everything I do and stuff from Heather Alexander helped with Drinking with Canards and A week among friends.
I know, I have weird taste. As for Wait and Bleed, I think it is on a slef named album. I downloaded it.

It isn't so much the rage in the songs, but more of the beat and energy in them. It helps make the thoughts come quicker.
