Is it alright if we can make our own planet and race here? Since I'm planning to join but I wanna use the military in my fics as an occupation or something like that XD but it's definitely not the Emblems.

I don't see any harm in it. Heck, I created GENUS CONTROL CENTRE out of my FanFics. Remember, this is the Aniverse, and there are perhaps hundreds of millions of planets in a single universe, so you don't have to stick to the same ones over and over.

Alright, time for an important question. COnsidering i am new to this type of role playing and *looks at Corporal* getting ready to stir up a little mischief, i have a question for whoever. How do we settle encounters that aren't exactly talked through?

I guess we just carry on arguing until someone says something incredibly intelligent or philosophical. Thats' my opinion anyway.

This type of roleplaying is consent based. That means that if there's a conflict, such as a fight, then you do NOT under any circumstances post what you DO to the other character without permission. Private messages are best for this, but do this ONLY and ONLY if choppy posts will kill the story. Otherwise, post what you TRY to do, and let the other players decide what happens to their characters. For instance:
Taking the Stormtoad/Renfield scene:
Stormtoad keeps his backbone and decides to try to subdue Renfield to take him in, since the toad thinks the moss green hare is none other than the famed Bucky O'Hare.
Toad's Pose: Thinking Renfield is O'Hare, and with KOMPLEX's digitized voice running through his head, the toad sneers. Taking those last final steps toward Renfield, the toad brings up his blaster, readying to bring the butt of it smashing down on the hare's head.
Renfield's Pose: Were this actually The Caption O'Hare, he might have been able to do something cool to counter the toad's attack. Instead, he frowns, shreiking, "What the he- What in the frell do you think you're doing?" This while he stumbles backward in the opposite wall. Cringing, the hare rolls his head away just in time. The butt of the toad's blaster cuts off any more he might have said, as it makes contact with his shoulder instead of his head.
etc, etc, etc. Make sense?

As clear as soup. I hope no-one minds me making up a Military Railway out of my garbled and crazy imagination.

Wow... didnt take long for a couple of threads to get dark and grim eh? Innocent mammals having their wives murdered... mass slavery, gun fights resulting in bloody deaths... treachery...
Still... pretty realistic as far as a sci fi/fantasy story about an alternate universe ruled by bipedal anthropomorphic animals goes (if you consider the nature of mankind and the corruptive effects of power)
blah blah blah... blah blah

Well, it is well-known that playing the villain is more fun than playing the hero, hence why I'm playing a toad in one thread.

I know how that is. All of my characters so far - Bartholomew Cryer, Renfield Billings, Professor Wartmon, Dr. Croaker, Dr. Croaker's bodyguards, as well as Saul and MacGruder - are all villains. XD

I must admit that Wing Commander Sludge is the only villian I've played so far (Besides a Toad Corporal on the TOXUS ONE) thread. The favourite role I've done so far was Mimi. Before anyone says it, I didn't enjoy it because it was a chance to cross-dress! I just like Mimis' character, that's all!
