I was wondering if the UAC can develop Androids like Blinky then why can't they develop robotic weaponry like the APU in matrix revolution?

Cos then it could go wrong like Komplex did and you've got a whole new problem on your hands!

Well, if the Toads were able to create robots like Toadborg and Triborg, then surely the UAC could capture a robot and reprogramme it to obey mammals, like how Blinky was reprogrammed to Toad Control in ON THE BLINK.

They got a battle android, such as Rumblebee... so maybe there are actually more Rumblebee types around....

Remember, Rumblebee is an Android Second Class, and Blinky is an Android First Class. The chances of an Android Third Class are possible, but what form would they take?

Ah, I simply forgot their titles. But anyway, second or first class, it is possible that the mammals have their battle androids... I wonder how will a First-Class-Battle android would look like. Blinky can't be it... (Though Eyelash might be a sample of it)...

In robotics I mean pilot controlled not AI controlled robots like the robots in Gundam, Macross, Escaflowne...stuff like that

Toadborgs's an APU... sort of. So it's possible. But surely not as big as Gundam e. that's just too ... out of aniverse, in my opinion.

Of course not as big as a gundam but I used it as an example on the thing about pilot controlled robots

It's very possible then. It just depend on your imagination...

Toadborg reminded me of a bipedial equivalent of a Dalek. After all, both inhabit casings too large for the occupants, they both have interchangable features as well as short temper.
In any case, why not just develop tripod machines like those from WAR OF THE WORLDS? I know they require pilots, but it is possible now to make these things automated (Providing they don't get smart enough to go awol!)
