No, this is not another one of my rants from another addiction (yet I am addicted to this game). But this thread will be used as it is suppose to be, a discussion.
In other words, who has played Resident Evil 4?

I love this game, but I still like the older RE games more. I was a huge fan of the old style. Most people hated it, but I thought it added to the challenge.

This one is actually a lot more tense than the older gmes but RE 3 still remains as a true classic in my book. Nemesis still seems to make me nervous. hahhaa!! ^^

Its just plain sad that he gets beaten by hand to hand in Resident Evil Apocalypse. But correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he appear in Code Veronica?
I like this version of RE better, as said by Hush, its more tense. Plus, in this one the setting is fully 3D and you can make use of almost anything in the area. And although I do admit that the old REs were very challenging due to the camera, this one has its challenges too since now you can't see what's behind you and there's no auto aim feature. But the older RE games were enjoyable too, the only thing that made me quit playing them were the countless puzzles.

Nope Nemesis died in Racoon City and sadly he'll stay dead. -_- who do you think the main character of RE 5 will be? I'm hoping it's Chris or Hunk.. I'm sick of being introduced to new main charcaters who have nothing to do with the Racoon City incident *cough*Dead Aim*cough*. Even though Dead aim was a pretty good game.

Hey, I liked Bruce McGivern. A lot more than Leon S. Kennedy, anyway. And Dead Aim was connected to the other games: the final boss, Morpheus D. Duvall, was responsible for the T-Virus outbreak chronicled in Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, and Resident Evil: Outbreak. And Razgiz, yes, Nemesis was beaten in hand to hand combat in Resident Evil: Apocalypse, but by Alice, who was not a normal human. She was part of the Nemesis Program, too. In short, he was going up against a person of comparable speed and strength, so it was a fair fight and there's nothing "sad" about it, unless you take into account the fact Nemesis used to be Alice's friend Matt from the first movie. Besides, I'm not really too fond of Nemesis anyway. Capcom already used the idea of a big guy in a trenchcoat who follows you around with Mr. X in Resident Evil 2. Heck, Nemesis' design is actually a rejected look for Mr. X, so he's Capcom's number two son no matter how you look at it. XD As for Resident Evil 4, I've yet to play it but I'm glad we're finally leaving Raccoon City and Umbrella behind. I was getting sick of how omnipotent Umbrella was. Oh, and I think Hunk is overrated (and he wins my vote for stupidest name ever). I much prefer Wesker and Nicholai. I'd kill to see those two team up.

Actually, there's an ending where Nicholai survives.
