Kvetch muttered as he walked through the cruisers corridors.
"Harf uv'em dun't know one end of a mazer from tha uver. Microscopic darts? Doubt iht."
He stepped out onto the snow and began walking towards the barrack hut.

Ximenex had finished examining the map, and had circled all the possible areas that should be examined, as well as clues to Major Canes' whereabouts.
But with Lt. T'sao under the knife and Officer Cadet Gilbraith missing, that left just him and K'vetch left to command the base.

Kvetch heard the sound of repulsor motors and looked around. The transport that he had seen earlier had finished its approach, landing in the central area of Penkoon base. He walked over as the rear ramp lowered and a couple of conscripts pushed out a manacled penguin.

One of the conscripts handling the penguin stepped forwards.
"We got told to bring him here by the Major, Corporal."
"Oh yeh? An' woh duz tha Majer wont us t'do wiv 'im?"
"Lock him up somewhere. He also wants you over at his forward position."
Kvetch had kept walking, and was now close enough to the conscript to make him feel like taking a step back. Kvetch was staring at him in a most disconcerting way.
"Keep 'im 'eyah f'a mo'. Goht a Admruw in, an' 'e's gunna wanna be tol abawt this. Be roit back."
Kvetch turned and walked back to the barracks.
